We are very excited to welcome you back to Mantra2

After careful consideration and operational changes, we’ve introduced several protection and social distancing measures to protect our staff, customers and the wider community.

We’re fortunate that all of our work stations are very spacious and located over 2m apart, which allows us to strictly follow social distancing guidelines.


Doors may be open throughout the building in order to ensure good ventilation, so please bear with us if it is slightly cooler than normal.


Whilst closed, we have and will continue to deep clean the studio using a TriGene ADVANCE disinfectant that combines enhanced active ingredients with nano emulsion technology, which protects surfaces from viruses and bacteria.


Our main priority is re-booking all existing clients appointments effected by The covid-19 pandemic.

Once we’ve rescheduled our existing customers we will start to schedule pre booked clients placed on our waiting list during lockdown. We appreciate your patience whilst this process is carried out.

If you feel unwell or show any cold or flu like symptoms, or you have been around any friends or family members that are unwell we ask you, please refrain from coming into the studio. Give us a call and we will reschedule your appointment. You will not lose your deposit.

All customers will receive their appointment confirmation via email, in this email there will be a link to your online consent form. Please fill and submit upon receipt.


Please arrive at the allocated time of your appointment, as we strive to stagger clients’ arrivals. We ask you to arrive unaccompanied (sorry no guests), except only when a minor is occupied by a parent or guardian for body piercing.
If you have a face mask please wear in the studio at all times, if you do not, one will be provided and a surcharge will be applied.

Upon entry you will be required to sanitise your hands.

You will also be required to confirm – To your knowledge you have no symptoms of COVID-19 and you haven’t been in contact with any persons carrying the virus.

Your temperature will be taken using a contactless thermometer. If you have a elevated temperature we will not be able to provide service.



Staff will also have their temperature taken on arrival to work, in an effort to ensure their healthy.


Staff will be equipped with all the essential PPE required to perform all services safely.


All our team members have received extensive training with World Health Organization for Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) for Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) ensuring all services are conducted in a safe, hygienic and professional manner view certificates.
