    Every fresh piercing is fitted with implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136). Nickel-free, hypoallergenic and mirror-polished for comfortable healing.

    Yes. Every piercing uses a brand-new, individually sealed sterile needle, opened in front of you. Equipment is sterilised in a medical-grade autoclave and each workstation is prepared fresh for each client.

    Healing times depend on the piercing and your body's natural healing process. Earlobes usually heal in around 6–8 weeks, while cartilage and navel piercings typically take 6–12 months to fully heal. We'll explain what to expect for your chosen piercing and provide personalised aftercare advice to support the healing process.

    Minimum age: Minimum ages vary by piercing and are listed with each category. A parent or legal guardian cannot lower the minimum age for a piercing.

    Photo ID: Clients aged 16 and over must bring valid photo ID.

    Parent or legal guardian: Anyone under 18 without valid photo ID must attend with a parent or legal guardian, who gives consent and signs the consent form. Where a piercing has a minimum age below 16, a parent or legal guardian must attend as well.

    Ear: Earlobe piercings are available from age 6 with a parent or legal guardian present. All other ear piercings are 16 and over.

    Facial: Most facial piercings are 16 and over. Nose piercings are available from age 14 with a parent or legal guardian present.

    Nipple: Nipple piercings are available to clients aged 18 and over only.

    Navel: Navel piercings are 16 and over.

    Surface piercings: Surface piercings are 16 and over.

    Genital piercings: Genital piercings are available to clients aged 18 and over only.

    Every child is assessed individually to ensure they feel comfortable, understand the procedure and genuinely want the piercing. We reserve the right to decline a piercing if we don't feel they're ready.

    Yes. Once your piercing has healed, we offer jewellery changes and upgrades using our implant-grade titanium jewellery. If you’re unsure when it’s ready, we’re happy to advise.
