Bookings & deposits
A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the final price. Deposits cover design time and are forfeited for no-shows.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule without losing your deposit. Same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit.
Age & ID
You must be 18 or over with valid photo ID to be tattooed. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances.
Aftercare
Following our aftercare guidance is your responsibility. Touch-ups outside the free window are chargeable.
